Duo to our short production and exclusive manufactured, products we have a no money refund policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for other products of the same value or use the amount as credit.
All items are checked individually before shipped to customers.
If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact within one week from the date the order was received.

By contacting us and returning the item in its original condition, new, with its labels and packaging, within 7 days from the acquisition.
You will not be responsible for shipping charges for returning and receiving the products, as well as tracking the order sent back to us
Exchanges Step by Step
Please contact us through our e-mail address cork4all@gmail.com and inform us about the exchange you would like to make. After we confirm the exchange, please post the item you want to return to the following address:

Once the returned item arrives to us, we will proceed to inspect the product.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Cork4all’s sole discretion.
The item or items, you wish to receive in exchange for your original order, will be shipped usually within 1-2 working days, although it can take longer depending on its availability.
Will be send to you a confirmation order by mail and with it the tracking number of your shipment.
